How Can I See Recommended Picks For Only One Or Some Of My Pools?

If you want the portfolio advice to only apply to a smaller set of your pools, here is a trick you can use.

We generally recommend treating all your entries across all pools as part of one giant portfolio, but there are cases where you may want to see a portfolio suggestion for just one of your pools, or a subset of pools.

We didn’t anticipate that request, so we don’t have that function built into the My Pool Picks tool directly yet. However …

You’ll Never Believe This One Weird Trick

There’s a “trick” that can allow you to hide a pool from the portfolio logic.

Tell us that you’ve won that pool.

Don’t worry, your pool(s) can easily be restored to active status after you get the portfolio advice that you’re seeking. Here are the steps:

1. On the My Pool Picks page that lists your pools, click the “I won this pool” link (underneath the pool name) to hide any pools you don’t want included in the advice.
2. Once you’ve hidden all the pools you want our logic to ignore, read the portfolio advice.
3. Back on the My Pool Picks page, click the “I did not win this pool” link for each “won” pool (listed at the bottom, highlighted in green) to bring it back from the dead. Any pick suggestions for the current week will automatically be restored as well.

We understand this isn’t the easiest solution in the world, but it should do the trick until we can build a better way.
